Heavy and bulky goods rarely fail because of their weight — they fail on the way out of the building. So we look at what has to be moved and how it leaves the premises beforehand: stair width, ceiling height, door dimensions, ground surface.
With specialist equipment we move heavy items through awkward staircases too. Where that is genuinely impossible, our furniture lift takes over — up to the higher floors, without anyone having to remove a door frame.
Protecting your goods is not up for negotiation: our transport insurance is included in the hourly rate. For particularly valuable individual items we agree extended cover in advance. What really protects your belongings, though, is the care and experience of the people carrying them.
